Nicole comes from a family of entrepreneurs and small business owners. With a background as an Executive Assistant, she excelled by applying her small business knowledge and strong work ethic. Driven by her passion for organization and efficiency, she founded Bosun, a remote staffing firm that provides affordable solutions to help small business owners grow and scale, regardless of economic conditions.
