The Customer Management Practice (CMP) focuses exclusively on customer contact, customer experience, design and innovation topics. Michael is a seasoned event producer, project and people manager with 15+ years of experience hosting domestic and international events across a wide variety of industries to include international trade, anti-corruption, commercial real estate, design, customer experience and customer contact. Specialties include research, content creation, conference and event production, P&L ownership, event operations management, project management, people management and public speaking.
