Dawn Raquel Jensen is 20-year technology-training veteran. She founded Virtual Options Coaching & Training in 2001 and it has evolved into one of Central Florida’s boutique Social Media Coaching & Social Business training firms. Dawn also resides as an outsourced social media consultant and digital marketing strategist for select companies. She provides long-term, big-picture social business intelligence and training through strategic social marketing practices creating clients as thought-leaders and tribe-builders. Dawn served eight years in the US Navy Reserve as a journalist, covering military, national, and world events both here in the United States and Europe. She received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and is a DINFOS (Defense Information School) graduate, which specializes in Public Affairs and Visual Information.
