Alicia Bonner Ness is a brand strategist, social impact alchemist, and public speaker on a mission to make purpose the business driver of the 21st century. In 2016, Alicia founded Heptagon Productions, a brand activation agency that helps organizations reimagine how they engage for change. She regularly facilitates workshops and focus groups for nonprofit leaders, and has produced numerous conferences, galas, and roundtable discussions to enhance the impact of mission-driven initiatives. Alicia has extensive experience helping brands translate their purpose into measurable results in thought leadership, communications, and fundraising, which is the foundation of her signature approach, the Heptagon Method. Alicia holds a Masters in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins and a BA in Political Science from Barnard College. She is a LUMA Institute certified Human-Centered Design facilitator and a StartingBloc fellow.
