Lee Mulberry is an entrepreneur with the knowledge, experience, and wisdom of a seasoned CEO. With a background in both large and small company leadership, he uses his skills and intuition in working with owner-lead small to medium-sized businesses to improve their leadership abilities and those of their management/leadership teams. Lee started Northern Star Consulting in 2005 after spending five years with IBM Global Services Consulting Group. He utilizes proven methodologies and custom designed solutions to bring the highest possible value to his clients. While doing this he has spent 21 years as a Rotarian helping to develop young people to become fine adults as well as great leaders and teammates.
