Pam Baker is the founder and CEO of Journeous, committed to helping young adults choreograph meaningful careers.  She founded Journeous after navigating her own journey in trying to find roles that felt as aligned on the inside as they appeared to be on the outside.  While leading teams throughout her 20-year healthcare career, she saw a similar challenge for many of the young adults emerging from college and grad school, searching for fulfilling careers.  Without understanding what was fulfilling to THEM, though, it was easy to end up in jobs that didn’t click.  As a mom of two daughters, her goal is to change the pattern for today’s young adults.  All in an effort to grow the ranks of spectacular leaders who gain the clarity to lead the lives they’re meant to.
